Apprenticeships and Partnerships Support Officer
(Fixed Term Contract to 31/07/2020)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,842.77 (FTE) per annum
Based at the Weybridge Campus with some travel to the Ashford Campus and local employer premises
We are looking for an individual to support the delivery of apprenticeships, traineeships, workplace learning and other contracts, including the specific monitoring of assessors and verifier activity.
The post holder will work closely with the Apprenticeships and Partnerships Team Coordinator, apprentices/learners, skills development coaches/assessors, verifiers, employers, curriculum college departments and all support teams, to achieve challenging targets and objectives.
There is a specific responsibility for ensuring systems are efficiently and effectively used by all delivery staff and that accurate and timely information is available for managers and other stakeholders.
This role also includes the achievement of challenging targets for timely achievement rates, excellent customer satisfaction and the development of Brooklands College as the first choice for employers.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work to deadlines and have a good working knowledge of IT. A flexible approach to working is required including the ability to work with our employers and partners.
