Head of Art and Design from September 2020
Ratcliffe College, an outstanding Independent Day and Boarding School for 850 students from age 3 to age 18, set in 200 acres of beautiful grounds, is seeking a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Art and Design to lead the Senior School Art and Design Department.
The successful candidate will spend a significant proportion of their timetable teaching GCSE and A Level Art and Design and experience of teaching these qualifications is essential.
All students in years 7 to 9 have Art and Design every week and the importance of this creative subject is visible throughout the School, not only on Art exhibition days but through the regular display of students’ Art.
Ratcliffe College is set within a rural location but with easy and direct access from the A46 in Leicestershire. The School offers ample on-site parking and subsidised lunches and participates in the Teachers Pension Scheme.
