St Christopher’s is a thriving school with an internationally distinguished reputation. Starting from modest beginnings in 1961 in a villa, it now offers an exceptional education to over 2,300 children and young adults, aged three to eighteen, from around 70 nations. Our dedicated staff of almost 400 people ensure that every day is a special day for the pupils at St Christopher’s.
We are seeking a hard-working and organised individual to provide administrative support to our Senior School. The successful candidate will be an approachable and friendly individual with excellent communication and time management skills. The administrator will be required to draft letters and emails to parents, support with the organisation of events, trips and visits as well as supporting the Senior Leadership team and Head of Year as required to help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

The role is all year around meaning work will be carried out during term time and in the school holidays. There is a generous leave allowance which will be taken in school vacations only.
The working hours for this post are 8:30-15:30, Sunday-Thursday. Occasional flexibility is needed as there will be the odd commitment just before or just after school, or if workload is high.
